The first one works for soups and soup like foods since the fat often rises to the top of the broth/juice. The cold makes the fat congeal and can either stick to the item or be skimmed out easily.

And with that said, a large frozen spoon would do the same and be free because for some odd reason, we all own giant metal spoons of some configuration 😂😂😂

no. bluetooth ear pieces were already a thing by 2012. in the 00s it was pretty common to make fun of the dudes in suits walking around with their bluetooth ear piece talking on the phone, there was even tons of people who would be wearing them while driving. which is funny because now everyone has bluetooth earphones and often uses them to talk on the phone.

The magnet uses its cold so fat sticks to itself + soups, stews gravy ( liquids ) testing it on bacon wasn't the best choice.
I would try it with a stew or gravy 😃

"Last time I checked, fat isn't magnetic"

Tyler's search history before recording: Is fat magnetic?

I remember as a kid my mom used to get a catalog called Harriet Carter this guy would have an absolute hay day ordering stuff from there

The fat magnet is for warm stews and warm or semi hot liquid food that contains too much fat and you put the base of the device in the liquids then gently swirl it around to collect the fat not hover it on top of the bacon thinking it will actually suck fat like a magnet.

The toy parakeet looks like it would be a great toy for birds.

Okay Tyler I love how you approach a lot of things with what feels like the thickest amount of skepticism possible but, the fat magnet I believe it works on the principal that because the metal is cold it's going to make the fat congeal on the metal plate but I don't think you gave it time to work properly.

The company that made The Perfect Polly is, in fact, still in business. Also, 2012, I had a Bluetooth headset. Oh, and Uroclub is still in business and still sells that product. Potty Putter is also still around, and there are knockoff products.

For the fat magnet, the principle use is for pots of soups and stews where fat rises the surface….the idea is the frozen fat magnet gets dipped into the soup or stew and the icey cold helps to oils to bond to the cold metal surface and slightly gel/solidify. But for it to really be test well you likely need to get most of the metal into the liquid…and not just hover it over to the top.

I’m just gonna say it. Tyler was way too hard on the parakeet. At least it did what it was advertised to do.

4:05 yea that thing looks dumb but my parakeets would probably go absolutely nuts for it and it would probably keep them entertained for a few hours

Two of my favorite things - Tyler and the Rejuvenique slasher villain death mask - in one video!

The "fat magnet" clearly says to be used on stews, gravy and other liquid food. Tyler tests it on bacon... genius.
Fat rises up and can be picked up by a frozen spoon or this thing by dipping it.

Should keep that Mask, Incase of a Robot Uprising, you would fit in perfectly.
