How to make Spaghetti with Basilico sauce.
For a simple, yet delicious dinner, try pairing perfectly al dente Spaghetti No.5 with Basilico sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
• 160g Barilla Spaghetti
• ½ Barilla Basilico sauce
• Parmigiano Reggiano, freshly grated, to taste
• Oregano flakes, to taste
• Rock salt, for pasta water

Method:
1. Bring a large pot of water to boil and add salt. We recommend 7g of salt per litre of water. Once boiling, cook the Spaghetti and drain 2 minutes before the suggested time on the pack. Make sure to reserve a cup of pasta water.
2. Pour the Basilico sauce into a pan and leave to simmer over a gentle heat.
3. Once the pasta is cooked al dente, add to the pan with the reserved pasta water, cook together until sauce is emulsified. Top with Parmigiano Reggiano and oregano and serve.
