🎧 WHAT's inside JBL TUNE600 wireless headphones - TEARDOWN

Looking inside of the JBL TUNE600 wireless bluetooth headphones.
First starting out by removing the ear cushions. Then removing the three screws to remove the transducer together with the microphone for noise cancellation.
The left ear piece contains the battery. The right ear piece contains the main circuit board.

@ 1:45 that seal is for acoustic reasons. The driver is in a "sealed" chamber that's engineered to give the drivers a specific sound profile.

Many thanks ! On my headphones the right side was off, thx to show how to open it. It was just a wrong connexion with the small springs. I just had to pull them a little bit to fix the problem ;-)

My right speaker was mute. I just stretched two springs a bit and - vola! Now it works! Thanks a lot! Because of your video, I was able to figure out what was causing the problem.

I want to upgrade my battery, it only has 3 hours play time with anc on. Its only rated at 12 hrs max but these headphones have better sound than most of my other ones i need a compatible battery with more amp hours.. Which battery upgrade is good for these gems???
