Any tips on how to unretard mine

They've been nonresponsive for hourd now (fully charged and everything) i can't even turn them off or on i can't reset them nothing works I am thinking of bashing them against a wall

Bought these headphones a few weeks ago. Never worked. Bluetootj doesnt play any sound and when pligged in the audio quality is crap. I tried hard resetting it like the video shows and nothing. This is the third jbl product ive had that didnt work. Anyone else finding JBL to be a garbage quality?
