Not Wanting a Girl Back is the Best Way to Get Her Back

I’m not into giving “get her back” advice for the most part. I think it’s much better and healthier to be able to walk away from women who don’t show the proper respect and intimacy. And with women it's always better to do the opposite.

Even if you do get her out again on a date and reconnect with her, her attraction and respect for you will always be lower than if she had come to you of her own free will. If she submits to you and reaches out to you, she will always respect you more and have more attraction for you as opposed to you chasing her down and trying to get her out on another date. This is always a better position than chasing. You will have more respect for yourself and feel more dignity too.

If you're at the point where you believe that you're being "too absent/distant, " she's already succeeded in gaslighting you into giving her a negative reason to leave.

In the cases where I was the dumpee, they would always use that card or worse, "you never said you loved me enough/never loved me." It's a defense mechanism to distance themselves and re-frame it so that she's justified in leaving you. Once she knows she wants to leave, she will do everything in her power to talk herself into making it the right decision. So there's no use in trying to change her mind.
