This looks yummy! I’m finishing culinary school and practicing techniques as well as subjects I’ve learned in a wonderful local fine dining restaurant currently, it’s been four days of prep so far and I’m making their polenta already! It’s delicious so I’ll be making your version at home on my day off today along side a traditional Ragu alla Bolognese just as we practiced in class! It’s snowing and cold today so it’s perfect! Thank you for sharing your recipe! I’ve never made polenta but it’s time for me to try! You make it look very yummy. I’ve seen it when you let it set up in a pan you can cut it in squares and fry it! ( sounds like a good way to use up leftovers )
