Creamy Parmesan Polenta

When I say this is creamy and cheesy I mean it. It works as the perfect base for a beef ragu, sautéed veggies, Italian sausages or as a delicious side dish when your family is burned out on rice! This is genuinely my go-to/favorite polenta recipe and I continue to make it time and time again.
