I'm glad to see your family again in your recent shorts 🙂👍 For me, to go nuts only meant to become crazy, I didn't know the excess meaning.

Be indulgent my lovely, going nuts that way, Nick might have been a squirrel in another life 🥜🐿😂
That said, I can also go nuts when it comes to nuts in general be they hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts, almonds, cashews, etc., not to mention the fact that, as superfoods, they are excellent for your health and nutrition!
They are indeed rich in minerals (almonds, for example, are a good source of magnesium), vitamins (notably the antioxidant vitamin E) and essential omega-3 fatty acids. They are also rich in plant sterols, similar in structure to cholesterol. In the body, these sterols compete with cholesterol, trapping the latter in the digestive tract and limiting its passage through the intestine, resulting in a 10-15% reduction in bad cholesterol. Also rich in vegetable proteins (16 to 25g per 100g), not to mention their low glycemic index.
We could say that there are circumstances when going nuts is salutary; therefore Anna & Nick, keep on going nuts ! ;-)

Merci beaucoup Anna, bisous bisous, love 😘🌹❤❤

Excuse me, is that there're two meanings of go nuts? Is that the first meaning don't eat something too much, right?

Hello, Anna. Perhaps, the expression "Don't go nuts" means 'don't do something more than how much has been requested'? Am I right? Well, if I was it would be greateful to me, because of my upgradind level of listening 🥇
