best video to understand pandas. if someone really want to use this library while during use python language on anaconda tool .just go in your command prompt and type conda install pandas . it will install own self in the machine .

I'd probably throw out the NaN rows when calculating average wind speed, versus setting to zero. No doubt pandas makes that just as easy. You have impressive command of your subject.
