How to trigger other than by comparison but by specified content? I want to trigger formatting by a binary state. I have a field that is either blank, or has an "X" in it. For example, when a customer's job is complete, it has an "X" in the job complete box, and I want that "X" to trigger a color change in the customer name cell.
