But the account has been traded to a different owner which seems not allowed by steam terms.. So why would it still be unbanned from trading? Shouldn't the account not been completely gone?

Its a very good idea to speak in public about plans on buying/ selling such insane account which SEEMS TO BE UNBANNED IN 3 years Lemme think what Valve can do with such account if they figured out that someone sold it ?
