99% sure that Vulcan was giving to a pro to use during a CSGO major. I was so shocked to see that skin while I was watching. every time it would cut to him on T side I just was looking at the skin the whole time rather then the actual Major that was happening hahaha.

Update he lose 30-40% of his investment and bailed out. He dont know anything about csgo market and buying skins like its crypto . hey zues made a video about this person check it out pretty interesting
