Great advice, girl, for somebody who is not dying their hair. Henna / indigo plant work great for natural hair and it’s harder ( or impossible) to change to a lighter colour if you decide so, because of the tannings in plants. Tried it myself so passing the info on. Some people like reddish brownish shade after applying henna. So that’s ok. With other colours- might be tricky, it might change your hair to wicked shades. I once ended up with salmon colour on my head after henna masks .So gotta keep that in mind. But for hair detox - it’s an ace 😊

You can't grow thick hair. It's something you have or don't have. If you hair ends up thicken it's most likely because your hair was thinned out from various reasons and now it's becoming healthy or the products you're using is giving the illusion that it's thick.
