Can you please tell me how to program the "beep beep" when activating alarm and how to program the back-up lights on as well? I live in the U.S. and have a 2012 Range Rover L322 Autobiography.

My previous Cadillac Escalade allowed me to just press the lock or unlock button on the FOB with the engine running. And that was back in 2008. And my Range Rover is 4 years newer and I have to go through a 12 step procedure that makes passers-by think I'm trying to break into it!!

Hello, @Life As Usual, may I know how can I change the config from a single-click unlocking all doors to unlock the driver's door only? Holding the lock and unlock buttons on the remote for more than 3 second does not work for me. Couldn't find such option in the GAP IID tool neither. RR SC 4.2 2007. Thank you in advance!

I never knew that my 2012 Range Rover L322 Autobiography had the SuperLock function. I owned way back in 1995 a Range Rover HSE and I remember that had SuperLock, but the only way to activate it was to put the key in the driver's door lock. Turn the key part way to activate the central lock and all the doors lock, turn the key back a bit and remove. But to activate SuperLock, you put the key in, but continue to turn it clockwise to the 3 o''clock position, until the key is horizontal, then remove the key. Then it was SiperLocked. The inner door handles were then disconnected and no way to open the vehicle except with an acetylene torch. LoL

hello @life As usual... I have a 2012 l322 but the beep beep sounds like that of a motorcycle, it doesn't sound like yours or the typical BMW one. Do you know if there is any extra activation for that type of beep beep or do you know where it is located? the siren, also the ultrasonic sensor does not activate. I hope you can help me and thank you for creating your videos, they are honestly very helpful, thank you and have a good day...

What happens if you double click to open the car?

I have super lock but never use it. Why would I want to lock someone inside the car? I never leave my windows open either. Is for for if someone smashes the window and tries to unlock it? They still can't drive it without a key unless they hot wire it. i don't get the purpose maybe why i never us it.

I've tried locking it (with the window down) to test the interior ultrasonic sensor and never got it to set the alarm off. I always have my dog with me and when it's cold &
heat or hit and need A/C I have to go through this REDICULOUS 10 step operation to be able to keep the vehicle running for HVAC and keep it locked.
1. R.R. running w/heat or A/C on
2. Set the parking brake
3. If not already locked from driving, press central locking system button so all doors are closed and locked
4. Exit the driver's door and close
5. Close the driver's door
6. Access the key on the FOB (not going to get into the accessing of the emergency key on the FOB) That's a whole new L.R. piece of STUPIDITY!!
7. Put the extended emergency key from the FOB, into the access hole on the underside of the right side, driver's door handle.
8. Pry the small cover off
9. Insert the key into the face of the handle's door lock
10. Turn the key clockwise to the 3 o'clock position, driver's door will only lock (no central locking. STUPID)
11. Turn key back to 12 o'clock position and remove key
12. Replace the key lock hole cover
Now the vehicle can be left running with the engine running for situations such as leaving a pet so he/she is not at risk if freezing or heat stroke for only short periods, or to pre-heat or cool before setting out, or if the engine needs to be left running to charge the battery
Oops, that's 12, not 10 steps LoL

DON'T EVER SUPERLOCK YOUR L322! If your battery dies or the physical key for the driver's door gets lost or broken you will NOT BE ABLE TO GET INTO THE VEHICLE. Ask me how I know....
