Cycling in Mauritius! (And some exciting news...!)

I headed out to Mauritius with my bike for just under a week on my way over to Australia. A week filled with adventure, sun and ice tea!!

And some exciting 2024 news...

I’ve been visiting Mauritius for 25 years, but it was only last Sept 2023 that I had my first experience of road cycling there. I love it . Went back in December to do some more, going again in 3 months to do some more again. There are some beautiful routes, both coastal and inland.

Mad, make sure you take enough vitamin D to keep away from lung complaints 👍

Do you have a trainer as I would of thought they would tell you to rest if you’re unwell rather than train as it could just set you back further, I was at a talk last night about this very thing. At least you have vitamin D to help with your recovery.
