wait why put the sauce at the bottom, it would be better to have the sauce in a separate container. it's going to be a pain in the butt getting it all out of the bottom of the jar

Don't believe this recipe will stay fresh for 5 days. I made pre-prep salad everyday.

Putting in sauce and cutting juicy veg/fruit before ready to eat will make salad soaking and it will spoil in just a few days.
