The second way is my favorite way to separate yolks and whites, it’s because the shell way can easily break the yolk since of the sharp ends of the egg shell.. your soft fingers will most likely not break the yolk!

Ive learned to pierce the top with the tip of a fork, the white will kinda stick to the metal and drain itself out.

How do you get the yolk out of the egg without breaking the shell?
I only saw one video on this but he drains the whole egg and puts the white back in through a small hole. Can you use a plunger and suck it out ?
