Yusha Evans was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina in a very conservative Christian home. In his early teens he became heavily involved in the church near his home and in Young Life, a non-denominational youth oriented organization with the intention of becoming involved in the ministry of teaching and preaching. After many twist and turns, ups and downs and after looking at the many world religions searching for the tangible proof of the right way of life he encountered a Muslim, and was given a Qur’an. After reading the Qur’an cover to cover he accepted Islam.

SubhanAllah! As a revert to Islam of 22 years, May the blessings of the beautiful Quran remain in my heart and live by its teachings always and of all Muslims. One thing we don’t have in the UK though is unity or support for ladies who have reverted to Islam. Now at the age of 41, Alhamdulillah and I’m still searching for a group of Muslim friends - when you’re disowned from family and have been raising a family single handed with the blessings of Allah swt, no one wants to know. I’m so grateful for this channel and seeing so many people embracing Islam, warms my heart so much and pray everyone is supported well by their communities. Please pray for me and my (now adult) children - they’re bugging me to find a husband but what’s a woman to do without a mehrem or community to help? Allah hears our duas so one continues to pray as we seek a companion who loves Allah, follows the sunnah and puts Islam first in their actions and being.

The verse is (meaning), "This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah".

Let all the humans from past to present to future collaborate to write a book like the Quran in which they put this claim at the beginning. If they can't, and they never can, then you know this could not be anything but the truth and the real revelation of Allah, the Creator.

Hey everyone! I wanted to share a bit about my journey from Christianity to Islam. 🙏

So, I grew up in a Christian family, going to church every Sunday, you know the drill. But one day, I stumbled upon a book about different religions and decided to dive into it. I started learning about Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism, and Islam, and something about Islam just clicked with me.

I started visiting a local mosque, talking to the Imam, and making friends in the Muslim community. It was amazing to learn about their beliefs and practices. The focus on compassion, submission to one God, and community really resonated with me.

After a lot of soul-searching and deep conversations, I decided to convert to Islam. It was a personal choice driven by my quest for spirituality and truth. 😊

My family and friends were a bit surprised at first, but they saw how happy and at peace I was with this decision. It's not about abandoning my Christian background, but rather expanding my spiritual horizons.
