of course this all makes sense now, I have been separating what I do with who I am, and no matter what amount of good motivation i get nothing will work because it is contrary to my identity...you first set a goal and not work on the goal...but work on becoming the kind of person who will be able to complete this goal is not important...the person you need to be is the target....your identity will dictate your actions....this is in away effortless success wow!!! wow!!! wow!!!
