I've had it up to here with... = eu já estava pra dizer algo com(portuguese)..., For Pete's sake = dá pra parar or maybe dá pra dar um tempo aí(portuguese), Divide and conquer = Dividir e conquistar or maybe, To pour cold water on(something) = jogar um balde de água fria...

We have the first phrase in our language Arabic, more precisely Libyan Arabic LA, رقيتلي الضغط 😂 with the same meaning you explained Kayla.
