Arduino 3D-Scanner

Показать описание
The heart of the system is an Arduino Nano, measuring the distance with an infrared sensor (GP2Y0A41SK).
I read the data over the serial connection in SciLab and transform the polar distance measurements into 3D-coordinates, which are then drawn in the graph.
I drive it by two stepper motors of the type 28BYJ-48.
To provide sufficient power, I followed a nice tutorial to get higher speed and torque:
The used stepper motor drivers are DRV8825 by Pololu.

Hi again Matthias Frei, you can explain or make a tutorial with SciLab?

Hello, great project. How did you manage to get the plot to update live?

thanks for sharing ! Did you get higher speeds after modding the motors and do you have any idea what rpm you got?

hi mathias . i was wondering if you could send the code used to control the driver because im having a hard time with the same driver and i think that the problem is more code wise than connection.

I want to ask, what the software you use to convert Code Sensor?

Hi Matthias Frei, you can post a comment with arduino code? you masure a distange senzoar-object in cmm/inch?

there are now time-of-flight sensor modules cheaply aviable (4-5$)
maybe they improve the accuracy?
Also an idea is to stack secveral sensors to speed up the scanning time.
