Excellent analysis and presentation! Massage therapist/tennis player with ulnar sided wrist pain, tears to the TFCC and ulnar styloid injuries that have yet to be comprehensively and accurately diagnosed on MRI will certainly help in asking the right questions to the involved clinicians of this case.

25:45 what do you mean extensors dont have synovium? Sure they do, you can clearly see it on ultrasound and of course during surgery.
