More of these appraisals or value videos please. I know that isnt the point of the hobby but i believe it does help the community overall having a better understanding of values as people usually always tell people inquiring that they have nothing of value. Ive seen it more often than id like to see and it is hard to get a value out of people on marble sites or places like reddit. I understand doing your own legwork and us not doing their job for them but theres literally hundreds of marbles to remember and just as many names prices and types to know as well. I think theres enough marbles to go around that sharing the value of whatever you want wouldnt kill the hobby.

I had a pillow sack of all sorts of crazy marbles and bonkers as a child. All gone. Hockey cards too.

Are all of these marbles man made or are any true agates that were rounded into marbles? I have a jar full that I picked up over the last 50 years or so . Some look like white marble stone, and a few look like they are made of clay . I live in south east Ga. Area.

My husband and I remodeled his mom's house which was over 100 years old and when we tore our one of the walls there was a yellow and clear white marble ... It has to be 100 or more years old I have it I'd love to know how to fight out how much it's worth and exactly how old it is .?

I came across some clear base peltiers like the dragon and early clear red one in this video. The ones I came across had either an abalone or metallic striations that I haven't seen before.

Hi, new to yoir channel, loving the videos. Could you please tell me how you can tell if a marble has its original outer layer and not been ground to cover damage. Or could you possibly do a video about? Thanks.

I remember playing marbles at school 40 years ago. I think cats eyes and cage marbles were worth the most when trading.

Thanks Stephen. I have a small collection (maybe a couple thousand marbles 2/3 of which are Jabo Dave M stuff from early 2000s) just done for the love of colors and memories. I’d like to learn a lot more so I can categorize them. Best references?

I have 8 or 9 mason jars of marbles my grandmother collected, she was born in the 1920's....they are very old and in very very good condition. Where is the best place to have them appraised. I live in the Tallahassee Florida area
