Hawking Rejects that God Created the Universe

Did God create the universe? Stephen Hawking said no because there’s no time before the Big Bang. But here's why he can be wrong.

1. Time before our time: God could exist in a separate timeframe
2. Simultaneous creation: God's decision and his act of creation could occur at the exact same moment in time beginning

I think the second argument makes sense. But the first one is kind of wonky, we have no reason to believe there's something like a "different time", so a theory of God that relies on unfounded speculation would be very shaky!

The universe by definition includes all of the space, time, matter, and energy in existence so therefore the beginning of the universe was the beginning of time itself. This means that there was no such thing as “before” the beginning of the universe. Since there was no before the universe then God could not have caused the universe since cause and effect only make sense within time. It’s also unreasonable to assume that the universe was created at the exact same time when God caused the universe to exist since that premise violates causality. The cause comes before the effect. The effect cannot come before the cause and the cause and the effect cannot happen simultaneously.

What made the big bang happen then, if there was no room and no time? It doesnt make a different if god made the big bang, in which he believs in, or if it happened without god. What a weak argument. Strange to see this from a guy that is seen as so intelligent. God exists.

The biggest deception in the human mind is to ask a human, who was not there at the beginning of time, what was there at the beginning. I know that God exists. Ask Him and He will show you. I used to be atheist, but now I know the Lord. Stephen Hawking lived and died and wasn't there at the beginning of time. Why listen to him?
