A no income tax state is not best for everyone. This is because they have to make property taxes higher, and property tax is not income adjusted or ability to pay. This means you can end up paying far more taxes if you have a low to moderate income in a state like FL. FL is great for millionaires since they can pay very few taxes but it can be terrible for low income people.

One thing I really like about not having state income tax is that you'll never have to worry about mandatory health insurance where you would pay a penalty if you were uninsured. Some states with income tax have an Individual Mandate, which requires you to purchase health insurance, or pay a penalty when you file your state taxes.

Vancouver Washington has a $13.73 for every 1, 000 of assessed value. And no income tax. I don’t think is too bad when oregon there’s income tax and a 19.07 for every 1, 000.

I live in Texas. Perhaps what we can do is impose a State Income Tax on the Millionaires and Billionaires, but not on everyone else.

For those about to watch or are watching this video you should understand

1. The IRS is Not a US government agency.  It is an agency of the IMF (International Monetary Fund) (Diversified Metal Products v I.R.S et al.  CV-93-405E-EJE U.S.D.C.D.I., Public Law 94-564, Senate report 94-1148 pg. 5967, Reorganization Plan No. 26, Public Law 102-391)

2. The United States has NOT had a Treasury since 1921 (41 Stat. Ch 214 page 654)The U.S. Treasury is now the IMF (International Monetary Fund) (Presidential Documents Volume 24-No. 4 page 113, 22 U.S.C. 285-2887)and that The IMF (International Monetary Fund) is an agency of the U.N. (Black’s Law Dictionary 6th Ed. page 816)

3.The United States does not have any employees because there is no longer a United States! No more reorganizations. After over 200 years of bankruptcy it is finally over. (Executive Order 12803)

4.You CANNOT use the U.S. Constitution to defend yourself because you are NOT a party to it!  The U.S. Constitution applies to the CORPORATION OF THE UNITED STATES, a privately owned and operated corporation (headquartered out of Washington, DC) much like IBM (International Business Machines, Microsoft, et al) and NOT to the people of the sovereign Republic of the united States of America.  (Padelford Fay & Co. v The Mayor and Alderman of the City of Savannah 14 Georgia 438, 520)and that America is a British Colony. The United States is a corporation, not a land mass and it existed before the Revolutionary War and the British Troops did not leave until 1796 (Republica v. Sweers 1 Dallas 43, Treaty of Commerce 8 Stat 116, Treaty of Peace 8 Stat 80, IRS Publication 6209, Articles of Association October 20, 1774)

5.A 1040 Form is for tribute paid to Britain (IRS Publication 6209)this is due to the Virginia charter from 1906

Lol you still pay taxes to a foreign entity
This may sound hard to believe, but our corrupt federal courts refuse to hold the IRS accountable for any of the following:
The content or accuracy of any of their publications, which includes ALL IRS forms, IRS publications, Treasury Orders, Revenue Rulings, and Determination Letters.Following its own written procedures found in the internal Revenue Manual.Following the procedural regulations developed by the Secretary of the Treasury under 26 CFR PART 601.The oral agreements or statements that its representatives make, even when their delegation order authorizes them to make such agreements.  Instead, most settlements and agreements must be reduced to writing or they are unenforceable.
Internal revenue service

After reading the above, additional conclusions and inferences can safely and soundly be drawn by implication:
IRS forms qualify as publications as well.  Therefore, you can't be required to trust anything on any IRS form.  If you can't trust what is on the form and if the government is going to say that you are required to sign it under penalty of perjury saying it is true, then by implication they give you the authority to electronically modify the form so that by the time you sign it under penalty of perjury, it IS in fact accurate. If the IRS is not responsible for following its own internal regulations found in 26 CFR Part 601, then it couldn't possibly be held liable for what it puts in its publications to the public EITHER.  They could literally lie through their teeth and fool everyone into thinking they were "taxpayers" and not be held liable.

In the Boulez case above, an IRS representative who had explicit authority to make an agreement with the "taxpayer" still could not be held accountable for an oral agreement.  This implies that all the phone advice given by IRS agents on their national 800 number cannot be relied upon as a basis for "good faith belief".

ONLY the Statutes at Large, as well as the regulations written by the Secretary of the Treasury found in 26 CFR Part 1 and 26 CFR Part 301, may be relied upon as having the "force of law", as the courts above described.  Since 26 U.S.C. (also called the Internal Revenue Code) was never enacted as positive law, it stands only as "prima facie evidence of law" which may be rebutted by citing the sections of the Statutes at Large from which it was compiled.

No state tax but for sure local taxes for business owners and federal tax. Even tho says no state tax. We do have some percentage we pay state tax. Cuz every time i pay my sales taxes says local and state quarterly.

Every quarter i pay about 600-700 sales tax = $2800 year the more you do sales the more you pay. I am using my truck as credit to reduce federal taxes. Once the values goes down. Ill sell it and grab another one plus using gas miles credits. I try as much as possible to reduce it. I wish sales tax was less 🤣 at least 5% 😂 yeah right.
