I can imagine why they had that sign. A customer at my former job told me about getting pinned by a Smith machine at a hotel gym and nobody else was around. The part that holds the weight up until you get under it collapsed as she only had one shoulder under while trying to get into position. And given the amount of weight she was using for her last set she couldn't do anything. She was underneath it for more than an hour before someone found and was able to help her. She sued them for her injuries and it is crazy how these gym aren't monitored just in case 😐

I used to travel 25 to 40 weeks a year, hotel breakfast was the basis of my meal plan so i could bank my meal budget. Its amazing how much you can do with breakfast food. I generally made the free breakfast in the hotel into lunch too.
