It's fresh compared to all the make ahead breakfast at hotels. I think the eggs (from previous hotels) are usually powdered/in a liquid carton before being cooked like the ones from MEPS hence the 5 or below rating and the bagels are store bought etc. When someone makes something for you, you can't help but feel special/important.
