How to Retrieve Your User ID and Reset Your Password

In this video, we’ll review how agents and brokers can retrieve their Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Enterprise Portal account User ID and reset their account password. Agents and brokers use the CMS Enterprise Portal to access their Marketplace agent/broker profile and the Marketplace Learning Management System, and must log into their account once every 180 days or it will be put in a disabled state.
