I already have several computers that have this error consistently in the sound part. The headphones work but not the built-in speakers. When I perform the first step of your video, Windows responds on all those computers, that Windows already has the best driver for that device, so what you propose is not a solution. If the problem was the driver, it could not play any sound through any output, however it does produce sound through the headphones. Another thing is that when investigating the audio devices, the reference is found backwards, that is, it says that it is outputting the sound through the speakers instead of through the headphones, but that is not the case. I believe that it is an incompatibility of the Windows 10 drivers for certain models of Motherboards, either Laptops or Desktops, and that cannot be solved if the appropriate drivers are not created.

I followed your steps, but my Ethernet network still does not connect. No access to internet. Unidentified network.
I download from Dell the driver and installed it. Still no results. Sad, I hooked up a wifi adapter and I'm on the internet. But it is slower than the wired into the Ethernet. Still sad. 😢

Instead of typing device manager just right click the Windows Icon and it pops up
