I learned to drive when I was 16 in a parking lot until I knew most of everything then simple roads with very little cars and now I’m good at driving.. 13 is a terrible age to reach someone how to drive😭

This shouldn’t even be news. Up until your kid is about 18, or at least 16 the parents need to be responsible for what happens.
