It's a nice basis for a game, but completely lacks content atm beyond the initial survival and building up your ship.
I played it to day 220, but i got bored around day 150 because it's so repetitive without any real content.

Between the stars is an ok space game. This looks like Spacebase DF-9; let's hope they actually finish the game unlike the latter.

I want them to come out with an update where you can blow an airlock after being boarded by an enemy and vacuum seal the room so it blows all the enemies out into space. That is probably too easy but would be awesome to see for aliens swarms and such.

This game looks like something I'd love! However, I'm glad you detailed all of the concerns in this video. As usual and thanks! I'm going to add this game to my watch list and wait till it's out of alpha. This is the kind of game, I've been waiting on for years. For those old school, a up to date Starlight.

You can actually salvage that beginner station if you return after jumping to another system and make it derelict, but it's not worth the time, because you gotta get more water and stuff and the salvage is not that great and you can get it from any other derelict as well.
Recycling doesn't give you the important tech blocks that you need to build up your industrial chain and start producing tech blocks, so you gotta get tech blocks from looting other derelict ships or from trading.

Was thrilled to see it available after it having been in my wishlist for so long. Totally agree it lacks information on many things, the system jumps with pirates etc. I found a bit stressful, and I totally agree about the workers spending most of their time carrying boxes from one place to another is frustrating. Still looks promising though, there's nothing massively wrong with it. It's one of those games you can only enjoy if you have lots of hours to spare, which sadly I don't.
