"Sporting events are not as big."
Dude... Streets resemble a war zones when there is a football derby happening.

Cigarettes definitely aren’t considered “fashionable” and we’re well aware of the health hazards.

Moral of the story: never listen to an American explaining about Europe.

Never listen to a European explaining about the United States

This kind of misinformation happens when you only spend 1-3 days in each country thinking you've travelled it...

1. You can't talk about Europe as it is one big country, when it consists of 45 countries and hundreds of languages.
2. No, cigaretts are not considered fancy or cool.
3. Sports are huge in almost every country here, well except for American football and baseball.
4. Public toilets are free where I live and...
5. ...so are water.
Etc, etc.

As a French :
- Public toilets are free
- Water is free
- I don't use public transportation, 150km daily with my car
- I have one of the biggest sporting event with the Tour de France
- I never smoke a cigarette as a lot of people
- I just wear pants, a polo shirt, sneakers like Adidas, I don't do my hair
- I hardly know anyone who has an electric car
- I have several types of trash cans depending on the waste with different release dates
- I eat at 7 p.m. and I only go to restaurants for special occasions or on vacation when I don't have time to cook

Where did you get the thing that cigarettes are fashionable in Europe?! We have literal warning labels on the packages with horrendous pictures to try and stop people from smoking.

Here's a list of misinformation contained in this video:
#1: some establishments make you pay for using their toilets, mostly gas stations on highways. Most public toilets are free, but you might want to order something at the place to use their bathroom.
#2: tap water at restaurants is free, but you can pay for bottled water
#4: it's the other way around, but otherwise true
#5: football (soccer for my fellow Americans) is about as big in Europe as American football is in the US. Though honestly, apart from that and Tour de France, Olympics and F1 there isn't much in terms of big sporting events.
#7: literally completely false
#8: false
#9: false. A small portion of people can speak multiple languages. The reason why you'd think Europeans are polyglots is because the only ones you talk to speak English (so a foreign language) already. You're looking only at the X% who speak two languages and jump into conclusions.
#17: same logical fallacy as previously

You just generalised over 40 countries many which are completely different from each other
