Strangest way to relax your pelvic floor! #Shorts

Quite possibly the strangest tip you’ll ever hear from me, but here’s one way to relax your anal sphincter and pelvic floor: pretend like you’re passing gas silently. This can help you release your muscles and untuck your bum!

Try it and let me know what you think. It doesn't work for everyone, but for some people it works like magic.

Note: You don’t actually have to pass gas 😅😉 …we’re just going for the feel!

If you need extra help releasing, check out my Overcome program. Link below.

I think you just solved me a 5 year long lasting chronic condition. I thought I had any possible and impossible disease on earth’s existence. From IBS to IBD to Cancer to appendicitis and many other problems. I tried this and it actually helped me. I think my only problem in those 5 years of chronic symptoms and severely bloating and constipation was that, my anal and pelvic muscles were always tense. The stupidest and smallet thing I wouldn’t even
thought about just solved me this problem… Trust me I’ve tried about everything, EVERYTHING for digestion and constipation and I’ve done probably hundreds of tests and in 95% of those everything came back normal/perfect... It’s crazy what anxiety/stress/depression can cause to the human body and mind. Thank you so much!!❤

I’ve had pelvic floor problems (on an off) since I got a uti 9 years ago. Suspected that it was IC at first but came to realize that it was all muscle related (no food sensitivities at all).
This is the single biggest solution that I had. Had no idea that I was involuntarily clenching my butt. That clenching caused a lot of bladder frequency problems and even hard flaccid at times for me. Stress and fear can really do a number on the body.
This is amazing advice

Oh, this is the reason for all my issues. I clinch my butt all the time and I don't even realize I'm doing it...until I have a episode. This is my 3rd week of pain.. after 3 yrs pain free. I do have a question...hon do you start to strengthen, or when? I can't imagine strengthening, when I have this tightness as my norm...it seema to hit during times of stress. 😢 You are the reason I got better the first time. So thank u. ❤

I literally had to sit here and think how to do that 😂.
I really don’t pass gas much, but when I do I try to do it in the restroom.
I’ve been with my hubby for 18 years and he may have heard me pass gas 10 times all from the bathroom door being open when I forget to close the door.

Interesting! It does feel like the muscles are opening up and relaxing even if only temporarily…it also feels like it’s working the abs, and I also feel it more if sitting rather than standing, because you can feel the muscles moving against something…definitely an interesting exercise, will try to combine it with Child’s pose and other stretches! Thanks a lot for the smart tip!
