I developed a Morton’s neuroma after breaking my foot in 2020. I had my foot in a cast for eleven weeks. I’ve had injections. But they are not the answer long term. I still get pain in my foot. But in my opinion buying wider rather than standard size shoes /boots. Buying them a bit bigger and getting orthotics made at by a podiatrist will help ease the pain. There is no quick fix. The same with Plantar Fasciitis another very painful condition.

Hello Dr.defabio, I wanted to ask you a question, in Regards to Dr. panganos diet for psoriasis patients. I have been a vegetarian for a long time, and in your video of healing psoriasis, Dr. Pangano says that meats that you can eat on the diet are "chicken, lamb, and deer". And I was wondering, would the diet show results, if I followed it strictly, but without eating meat.
