This is amazing advice as usual.

The part about listings and descriptions is my favourite so far.

Wow! You just mentioned J Peterman and now it is absolutely my favourite part.

I'm an independent author and can come up with fictional characters, storylines, and all the things that go with it...but yet I struggle when it comes to writing product/pattern descriptions.

My question is: how much information is too much? I don't want to leave out important information but I also don't want to be long-winded.

I also agree taking notes is so important. Whether the project sits for a day or a year, it's still not fun to try to remember the step-by-step process.

Hello. How do people make their patterns unique? For example there's so many patterns for the traditional granny square, yet there are so many for sale across many platforms.

Thank you in advance

Do we have to sell patterns?
Won’t other crocheters think you are being selfish 😢but my intention is to gather my proposed audience first instead of getting distracted selling patterns
