This is a great build. I’ve had mine about a year and a half. Not sure how much the plans currently cost, I spent $75 I think, maybe $99? I substituted some parts and spent about $2000 overall.

You can use a piece of of 1 1/2" or 2" steel wheel. Offset a hole, it will save you the weakness of the tire and less moving parts.Nice build though.
