What, no annoying music, dangerous overtakes and 5 minute long intros? Are you sure you're doing this YouTube thing right, mate?
Excellent video, straight to the point, thanks!

You make by far the most informative videos on the ninja 400, you always have an answer for whatever question I think of!

I couldn't agree more on the highway winds blowing you around. It's manageable and if you know it's windy, you be conscious and prepared. I've done a 1200km tour with my 400 and it didn't really have any problems. Everyone I rode with had to gas up more frequently than me as well. Great bike

Ninja 400 is just stunning. Long time ago, I used to admire the Ninja 350 very much. Now, the looks and build of the 400 is at a different class.

I really appreciate the shots of you riding on the highway. Gives me a good idea of how the seating angle would be and in this case is perfect. Good information and great video thanks.

This has been the most informative video I have found on the Ninja 400 as I just picked mine up a couple days ago. Been practicing riding around in the city and just love it but I want to take it on the freeway just to see how the Ninja does first hand. Your video gave me a little more confidence on the freeway abilities of the bike. Thank you for this!

I got mine in March. The first time I took it on the highway it was bad. Got the zero gravity sport touring windscreen and it now seems much better! Hit 105 mph [edited to 110 mph] on the highway on stretches. Plenty of power!

As someone a few months into learning on a 250… the wind problem is much more serious than it seems when you haven’t yet been out there at 80-90-100mph lol, feels sometimes like the tires are just gonna be pulled right out from under me.

I've been riding for 12 years & pushing the 50yr old mark. My first bike was a 2002 ZX7R. I rode it for 10 years. My husband bought me a Vulcan S 650 & I bought a '95 Ninja 600. I have ridden anything smaller. Today I went to the Kawi dealer looking to "upgrade" the 600 to a newer Ninja 650. I sat on a used 2019 and it felt so comfortable. Unfortunately, it had just sold. So I sat on and discussed the 400 with the salesperson. I'm not an aggressive rider. I honestly don't need alot of power, but it's what I'm used to. Going down in CC's seems "backwards" if you know what I mean. Also, I don't do much highway riding anymore. However, after watching your review you've put some of my concerns at ease. I think it's going to be a done deal. The Ninja 400 sounds like all I really need. Thanks!!!

Excellent point mate. Getting yourself away from compromising spots. People don´t learn this until later. Getting away from the idiots on the road is a must.

I’ve had my ninja 400 for 3 years now, but I still love it. I have bigger and better bikes, but it’s still my everyday commute ride. Your 100% spot on with your comments about highway riding. I Alway thought, cos I’m a light rider, that’s why I always get blown around on a windy day....good to know it’s not just me. I usually avoid commuting on the motorways on windy days....but it’s ok, I can enjoy the twisty longer way 😄😄😄

Good video. I’ve had my ninja since June. Your comment about gusty winds is accurate. My last bike was a Honda CB1300 which was a heavy neutral handling bike not affected by wind gusts. So I definitely notice how the light, full faired ninja sets sail for Hobart when it’s windy. It’s not a problem for experienced riders but as this bike is LAM approved it’s good that you highlight this.
