Why Doesn't Bedrock Have Sweeping Edge!? #minecraft

Except it's counterintuitive because it's HELLA easier to hit an angle of a sweep than a small point.

there are some addons on Bedrock that does add java combat though.
i tried one of them and it looked insane and awesome

Its a fair trade since bedrock can spam click while java cant

Why do people even USE sweeping edge?? Isn't Sharpness BETTER??
