I didn't know that quitting sugar would be the best thing I've done this year because my health is always at it's peak.
Yes I lost weight and look slim compared to my 165lbs self (now 145lbs) but I haven't been sick since and my acne starting to clear up. Time to gain muscle weight through protein.

I have had no sugar (cold turkey)since June 4, 2020. It is now, Sept. 11, 2020. I also gave up salt. I have gone down 3 sizes in tops and bottoms, stretchy yet, I would love to be able to wear cotton clothes n Jean's, some day it will happen. Did I mention I am 76 and this was my contribution to virus lockdown to me, myself and I, lol. Happy, you bet, let me tell the world. I am down 57 have lost inches from my head to my feet. Everything is too big everywhere. I just gave a hugh bin of my favorite smaller clothes about 8 months ago. Oh well, I will just have to go shopping via catalogs. Love you all. Be healthy..

i totally stopped eating sugar and carbohydrates! in just a few weeks my cravings are gone and i feel like i'm in my 30s again
I just turned 64 and i was having so much problems with my health particularly my blood sugar
I lost all my belly fat and now energetic!
carbohydrates and sugar are the culprits in my food !
Now i just eat vegetables and meat with a little fruits on the side!
i m off medications now and will be riding my motorcycle again this summer!

I'm going to give up extra added sugar for these 40 days of Lent. The first day I had a massive headache(was eating high amounts days before) but next dsys went away. So far 5 days in I'm feeling better overall..lighter.less stomach aches. But we shall see last week!

When I was eating sugar my tongue always had a coating and usually had one or two soars on it. Now I've stopper there's no coating on my tongue and no soars.

I notice that eating lots of refined sugars, MSG, Junk Food and All breads weakens my willpower to stop sinning I just see those foods as a stumbling block to follow Christ so I quit cold turkey.. yes I had withdrawals but it went away and I'm more happier and have more energy and I don't get hungry all the time and I'm not so easily tempted to fall into sin.
