NYPD cop charged with attempted murder after alleged road rage shooting

NYPD officer Hieu Tran is facing attempted murder charges for allegedly shooting another man in what officials say appears to have been a road rage incident in New Jersey last month. FOX 5 NY's Stephanie Bertini has the story.
