There are no statute of limitations for murder. Puffy still technically could do time for this but the Government doesn't care like that. Pac punching Baby Lane gave them the green light to take out both Pac and Suge. That doesn't mean Puffy didn't give them an incentive to do it when he was already using them for protection against Bad Boy. Puffy could sue Keefe D for what he said but he won't and he can't. No matter what way you slice it, Puffy was either indirectly or directly involved in Pac's death which lead to retaliation of Biggie getting killed when Puffy was the primary target. It's all messed up and the Bad Boy camp are lying including Faith who lied about Pac and Puffy plus Cease who claimed Biggie never dissed Pac directly. He did, after Pac died.
