Why did he not report it to police? Knowing a child has been sexually assaulted & not reporting it is a crime. Everyone that knew he was violated & did nothing should be held accountable.

Failure to report sexual abuse of a child is a class A misdemeanor for a first offense & is a class 4 felony for a second or subsequent offense. How do these people be so comfortable telling these stories knowing they knew a crime took place but didn’t do anything about it?
