at 22:26, if we use mean as a estimator then an error of 3 would occur with probability 0.1? Since Population mean is 9 so 9-6=3, am I correct here sir?

In central limit theorem u said x follows non normal then normal

One thing I didn't understand is in CLT, random samples are drawn from non normal observations, then how X¬N(mu, sigma^2)? It should be any distribution but Normal distribution and then on applying CLT, it approaches to N(mu, sigma^2/n)
