Here’s a list (It’s okay if you don’t understand, just try to stay respectful):

Straight (Heterosexual): Being attracted to the opposite gender.

Ally: Same as last one but they support queer (sexual minority) people.

Bi-curious: Straights questioning they like the same gender OR gays questioning if they like the opposite gender. Basically exploring outside their orientation.

(Ally and bi-curious again)

(Bi-curious [romantically] along with…) Ace (asexual): Having little to no sexual attraction to any gender. (Sexual and romantic attractions can be separate and in a spectrum.)

(Asexual again, and there’s no other flag, so possibly aro (aromantic) too which is like asexual but it’s about romantic attraction)

(Asexual and on its right there’s the pansexual flag, but since it’s with the ace flag it’s panromantic instead). The prefix pan- means “all”, so pansexual means attracted sexually to all genders and panromantic is romantically. (Please note that this doesn’t mean they’re attracted to everyone, they just don’t consider gender in their requirements to like a person sexually or romantically)

(Same as last one but now there’s…) Demigirl: You only feel part-girl, the other part may be either nothing or non-binary (which is an umbrella term meaning any gender that’s not male not female)

(Same as last but demigirl is gone and it’s replaced with…) Trans (transgender): Meaning your gender identity doesn’t correspond with your sexual organs. This includes Female to male (FTM), male to female (MTF), or any other gender identities. (Since the video’s creator was assigned female at birth, they’re considering if they’re male)

(Same as last but trans is gone, so right now they’re cisgender, the opposite of transgender, which includes FTF and MTM.)

(Same as last but now there’s…) Non-binary: An umbrella term meaning any gender that’s not male not female (which has already been explained).

(Pan+ace again)

(Same as last but now there’s…) Gender-fluid: Someone who changes their gender identity often, doesn’t have to be all genders but it can be.

(Same as last, but pan+ace are removed an replaced with…) Aroace (Aromantic+Asexual): Feeling neither sexual NOR romantic attraction, being aro and ace at the same time.

(Same as last but now there’s…) Cupiosexual: Having so sexual attraction (being ace) but wishing they had it.

(Same as last but cupiosexual is gone and replaced with…) Cupioromantic: Having no romantic attraction (being aro) but wishing they had it.

Result: (Their gender changes a lot, and they don’t feel sexual nor romantic attraction, though they wish they had the latter)
