Today I woke up feeling nostalgic and remembered one of my most viewed YouTube videos, where I explain the PMBOK® Guide 7th Edition published by Project Management Institute. 😁​

I created this type of video for the first time in 1998 when I was studying for my PMP exam.​

Since then, I’ve decided to continue producing these videos to help professionals working in projects understand the Guide and overcome any fear or prejudice regarding its content or format.​

In this part, I specifically discuss the umbrella concept, which represents the overarching framework that encompasses various project management methodologies and practices.​
