Of course you need to know about PMBOK 7 if you are taking PMI exams like PMP or CAPM. In under 9 minutes, I'll talk you through the 10 most important things you need to know about the 7th edition of PMI's Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge.

Thank for the summary, great video. We as project managers can finally decide how to manage projects based on values and principles vs inputs/processes/output structure.

Mike. This is a fantastic rundown of the PMBOK 7, . I particularly found very useful that you put this latest version into historical perspective viz previous versions, the past, current and future state of the PM professional an the various shifts in practice, terminology and training. $99 is only pricy if you a looking at PMBOK simply as a book, not as a guide for success in your chosen field.

And I'm not even a PM!

I'm a headhunter who has been placing PMs for 35 years, and just wanted to understand my clients and candidate a little bit more.
If you don't mind, I'll reach out to you on another SM platform - both directly and via tagging you in a post sharing this video to my connections. I'd love to pick your brain on a number of fronts.

Your passion for the field is apparent!!!
