(732) Double Tapping a Master Lock Open

My experiments on the Master Lock continue with the "Double Tapping" technique. Coordination of two swinging hammers is the most difficult part of opening Master Locks with this technique.

A Master lock might as well be a bow for gift you're giving the thieves. At this point I'm pretty sure you can pick a Master lock by asking it nicely to open.

Hey Bill, I wanted to say thank you, I ordered a nice little trainer padlock off amazon the other day with a little toolkit that came with it, and a master 140 just for shits and giggles, wasn't expecting to be able to get into both of them within the first 20 minutes of having them, prior to this i had a cut away lock, that didn't come with anything but the lock, and keys so i made my own rake out of a paperclip, and a tensioner out of a pen clip, but i managed to bust that lock, pulled out the wrong pin and couldn't get it back together, so after watching numerous videos of yours, i got the motivation and drive to start bak up again, and I've gotta say, I'm hooked, can't wait to get some stronger locks and test them out!

Enjoy your retirement Bill. While you may have taught thousands how to pick open locks, I want you to know I never even mastered smacking a masterlock with a hammer to open it. I'm not the sharpest hammer in the shed. But if you think about it, you very well could be the single biggest contributor to the field in history. You ever think about that?
