I bought the 2800e, because it says USB and WiFi connectivity. My computer does not do WiFi, but in the manual it says I have to use WiFi during setup. The USB connector is actually covered with a sticker.
What happens if I connect the printer per USB right away, i.e. ignore the WiFi mandate?
I have to know because if it won't work, I don't even want to break the still sealed printer, I would send it back instead and get another one.

I have a problem: I setted my 2720e with WiFi but now I want to use it also with USB cable; although the PC recognize the printer, when I open hp smart it requires me continuously an Internet connection; how can I fix this problem?.

I boughtine today it works on my phone. But not good on my pc. Word document it printed but then changes its mind saying it can't print because of the print setup? Not sure why? I need word document for my uni.

I set custom pin for ews page. Forgot custom pin, unae to log in to ews page. Any other ways to restore printer to factory defaults apart from ews ? Using USB cable ?

I did the install of the colour cartridges but printer doesnt print alignment page. I established printer does work as it prints black and white and colour copies. I have restarted printer, removed and replaced cartridges but still cant get printer to print an alignment page. What do I do? Until then I cant finalise cartridge install. 🙈😢
