Thank you! The manual I got with the printer perfectly left out the fact that you need to press the "X" and Wifi button to enable the setup for whatever reason.

I have never had any issues with this printer at all, besides ink refills at inconvenient times lol 😂

We eventually got this set up and it worked fine. We switched it off for the night and the next morning, it would not work. Both lights were on, but on the laptop it showed as 'off line' . We fiddled for an hour with it, can't remember quite what, but it worked again. Switched off again and next day, same thing, 'off line' ! This time though I went into settings-Printer- troubleshooting. As soon as I went into this, without doing anything, it printed the item in the queue! I have read that these should be switched off, not so much for the power consumption, but to prevent the cartridges from drying out?

The manual also never mentions that you can only set it up via a phone, wasted an hour trying to get it to work on my pc 😂
