I use “expired” makeup still like eyeshadow palettes, blush, highlights…powder products mostly. I always sanitize them every few months and check for any odd textures, smells etc.

My toxic trait is that I act like my powder products don’t expire, so I’ve got several older palettes and blushes and stuff that I still use!

I keep my products until I use them up to be honest if they work there is no reason to throw them away. But I don't have that many products anyway so they get used regularly🤗 I still use my fave eyeshadow palette which is like 5 years old I think 🤷🏻‍♀️😅

Old or not that makeup looks great! My oldest products are a Clinique eye primer and it’s about 6-8 years old and still works great. The other is a Too Faced original chocolate palette. Not sure how old but still looks great. I also have the original naked palette. Great video. Have a wonderful weekend 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

I have a few palettes from 2018. Lipsticks are one item I will toss if more than a year old. I feel they can get contaminated easily. I had several with green dots one them (former Ulta employee), I knew they needed to go!

Fenty Mean Money/Hu$$la baby is the best high lighter and I think one of them is the small one you had. I literally went through one of those highlights and have pan on my second. It’s amazing

I still use my TF chocolate bar palettes and I got them in like 2014...

They still smell great and work fine. 🤷‍♀️

This video was a great idea! I like putting a gloss over a matte lip as well...you get the prettiness of the gloss, with the longevity of the matte. I've hit pan on it, and still use my Hoola Bronzer that's got to be 9 yrs old, but I'm not really big into bronzer - just to contour my cheekbones, so I don't feel it's bad for me using it for that small purpose. Now my TF Chocolate Gold Eyeshadow Palette is probably the same amount of years old, and I shouldn't be using it, but I love it, I still get that wonderful whiff of Chocolate and paid $50 for it back in the day, so I feel I'm getting my monies worth! 😅

I think your makeup turned out super pretty considering everything was expired.
As far as the Fenty highlighter goes, I believe it had something to do with the beach or sand or something like that. It's a really pretty highlighter. It's exactly the shade you're looking for. I know that's not extremely helpful, but when you see the name, I know you'll know what I'm talking about. Lol.
